   It must be a common slogan to sell books… 🙂 Google for “Over one million books sold! 98% Positive feedback. Compare our books, prices and service to the competition. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed”. You’ll see that hundreds of web sites using same slogan.

   That is fast, a BRAND NEW book that already have sold one million books.

   Just checked the NY Times Best Sellers list “Paperback Mass-Market Fiction” for this week
   http://www.nytimes.com/best-sellers-books/2011-04-24/mass-market-paperback/list.html The book is not listed yet.

    Most of the code is in the book. But beside not paying the royalties, the editor also removes the code from the code depot. Try to contact the publisher directly. He never answers my mail
