On Sunday you can assist to the 11g exam cram from 9am to 5pm. It may be too late to register, I tried anyway :

The Oracle Database 11g New Features for Administrators exam will be available in beta version during the conference. Beta exams are not available at Oracle OpenWorld 2007.
If I read this correctly, it means 11g New Features is available during the conference but not at the conference 
Hi.
You can only sit “production” exams at OpenWorld, not beta exams. Since the 10g new features will still be in beta during the conference, you won’t be able to sit the exam, unless you find a Prometric test centre somewhere else in the city.
I would love to attend this session, but Sunday the 11th is the same day as all the Oracle ACE Director product meetings, so it’s going to clash in a big way.
